TXI is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager who loves crafting and cultivating compelling stories, engaging with diverse audiences, and harnessing the power of innovative marketing strategies to elevate the TXI brand . Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the MarCom Manager will be pivotal in driving our marketing communications efforts, brand positioning, and external messaging. This individual will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand awareness, engage clients, generate leads, and contribute to TXI’s overall success.Overview: Marketing Communication Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive marketing communication plans and ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels.Monitor brand perception and recommend strategies for enhancement.Oversee creation of marketing content and collateral (website copy, blogs, whitepapers, etc.).Collaborate with the CCO and stakeholders to align strategies with TXI’s business goals.Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, and Media Relations; including 1 year in a managerial role.Understanding of or experience in B2B professional consulting, custom software, or technology fields.Proficiency in crafting engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, such as advertisements, press releases, and online contentDemonstrated success in fostering growth across social media and paid media channelsIntermediate knowledge of Craft CMS and HubspotDemonstrable experience with creating content and building a YouTube presenceStrong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skillsAble to anticipate business needs and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholdersSelf-starter who is an expert problem-solver and can work independently & collaborativelyExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to synthesize complex data and deliver meaningful, easy-to-understand insights & recommendations to stakeholdersA proactive, business-minded team player who embraces the ownership mindset and is consistently cultivating relationships and aiming to go above and beyond their roleBonus if candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or other related field.Who We Are

Within 6 months, you will

See a high-impact campaign through, ideally from start to finishReport on the content marketing calendar, what’s driving engagement and what is notComplete a review with your managerAdvise and recommend opportunities for growth and improvement to key stakeholders. You’ll know the team well by this point and understand how to track and measure the progress of what you’re responsible forRecommend new areas of thought leadership to cultivate and areas of concentration for the next two quarters

Within 1 year, you will

What to expect nextIf we move forward, here's what the interview process will look like:

Initial Interview: After connecting with our recruiting team, you’ll meet the hiring lead over Zoom and cover some TXI basics. We’ll focus on your past work and how it relates to what you’ll be doing at TXI. This stage is a 2-call process and should take no more than 90 min total (unless you want to dig in, chat more, and spend some extra time learning about us!).Virtual Case Study: Here is where we give you a job preview for the role, as well as the opportunity to show off your skills. Our goal is to get a sense of how you approach Marcom work, how you collaborate with a team, and how you solve problems. This stage should take no more than 90 minutes total, and by the end we'll both have a clear sense of how we work together.Final All-Team interview: At this stage we're incredibly excited about your potential to join TXI. You'll meet with 6 to 8 of your potential team members over a 3.5-hour session, where we will learn more about your leadership skills, stakeholder management skills, and values alignment. You will also spend time with members of our leadership team to talk about how TXI can support you on your journey.Offer/Decision within 24-48 hours: You’ve made it! You successfully completed the process and spent time learning about us while sharing more about yourself. Once we get to this stage, we like to move fast. We are committed to debriefing within 24 hours and presenting a final decision within 48 hours (or less!) of your final interview day.
