As the department’s first Digital Marketing leader and an expert in scaled marketing, automation strategy, data, and infrastructure, your focus will be on delivering measurable results in SMB customer acquisition, lifetime value and retention. You will craft the technology and channels for launching, optimizing, and scaling cross-channel business marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of scaled marketing, marketing automation, the B2B customer experience and is eager to build from the ground up.

Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement strategic scaled marketing plan across multi-channel surfaces (email, website, ads UI notifications, ads, partners) to grow and retain SMB customersLead audience segmentation, targeting, set-up, content creation, deployment, reporting ongoing testing and optimization of campaignsDeliver data-driven, actionable analysis; set and measure against targets, and coordinate reporting and performance of initiativesOptimize user onboarding, engagement, and time to value, and continuously improve programs and channels through new surface areas, experiments and A/B testsLead experiments through the full journey of ideation, planning, content creation, launch, and iterationConduct and incorporate strategic product, market, and customer analyses to uncover high-potential user segments, identify new growth drivers or opportunities for improvement, and leverage new emerging channels to accelerate user time to value and speed to monetizationWork collaboratively with Marketing and Product peers to align relevant product launches and marketing initiatives into each customer program or campaign

Basic Qualifications:Proven experience (10+ years) developing scaled B2B marketing strategies and successfully driving campaigns across digital channels and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Iterable, Marketo, HubSpot)4+ years of Sales Marketing Cloud and Pardot experience required (certification preferred)Additional Qualifications:Data-driven and customer-centric leader who aligns strategy and vision to proven customer needsAble to build and lead the foundational strategy of various digital marketing channels in close collaboration with cross-functional teamsAmbitious problem-solver capable of driving toward a solution in new or complex challengesSkilled in project management, capable of leading and running multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.#LI-remote

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
