Apply below after reading through all the details and supporting information regarding this job opportunity.THE ROLE:The Business Methods & Growth Strategies team is looking for a key player to be responsible for systemizing, optimizing, and strategically supporting promotions worldwide, and fostering growth opportunities across Herbalife through promotions.WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:The team is dynamic and constantly collaborating with partners around the world. We work cross-functionally within our various department sub-teams as well as with business partners in other departments to ensure successful project delivery.HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:One Stop shop for company promotions worldwide with strategic support on effective launches.Systemize data on promotions (serve as a hub for all promotions) across the regions & provide strategic recommendations based on the objectives & local specifics.Provide insights & strategies based on past and current promotions and tailor launch to market based on country/region needs.Identify, analyze and provide strategic recommendations on promotions to align with regional objectives.Provide cross-regional communication, collaboration and support (input & output).Partnership with WW Sales Strategy for analytical approach and results.Regional Sales Team Engagement: Align with the Regional Sales department to equip them with necessary tools, training, and support for executing GTM strategies for promotion rollout and success.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:N/ASKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook).Proficient in BI MicroStrategy.Strong analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.Effective communication skills.A self-starter, organized, detail-oriented individual that takes ownership.Bilingual in Spanish preferred.Experience:5-7 years in a sales role or B2B sales.5-7 years in business analysis, finance.Education:Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 7+ years experience equivalent.
