As a resourceful self-starter and leader who shares FINN’s Work Hard-Play Nice values, a vice president in our strategic communications practice will have the opportunity to:
Provide strategic counsel to C-suite executives as a trusted advisor, helping clients reach and exceed their goalsBe part of a collaborative and highly skilled team, working with national clients in a wide variety of industries ranging from banking and technology, health and wellness, hospitality and tourism to food and beverage.Work on integrated marketing and communication campaignsYou are a strong candidate if you have:
A minimum of 8 years of agency experience and the ability to efficiently lead multiple clients simultaneously.Demonstrated experience in all phases of client service, including development of PR/integrated communication strategies and plans; media pitching; content development; digital, influencer and social media campaigns; project and team management; reporting and budget management.Successfully developed and implemented impactful, brand-building programs and campaigns spanning traditional and new media, social media, influencer, and digital platforms.Proven success in corporate, employee and executive communications with strong oral and written communications skillsExperience in media and spokesperson training, crisis planning and managementPassion for mentoring and helping junior team members growCreativity, ingenuity, and an initiative-taking attitudeA bachelor’s degree in public relations, business, communications, marketing, journalism, English, or related field
