Job Description The Global Creator Campaigns Contractor is responsible for supporting the Global Content Campaign Managers with global strategic execution and programs with content creators to attract and connect with our audiences, support our players’ diverse interests, and sustain their engagement with Ubisoft games. This role works cross-functionally across the organization to create best-in-class programs and experiences for our creators and their fans.

Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.WHAT YOU'LL DOCollaboration and CommunicationWork directly with Creator Global Campaign Manager leads to support and produce innovative and impactful programsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and promote monetization offerings, ensuring alignment and maximizing revenue opportunitiesBrief International Creator Hub managers to develop strategies, plans, and programs that engage with diverse creators' ecosystemsOperations ManagementAssist in the coordination and execution of seasonal events for Live Games such as Rainbow Six Siege and XDefiant, ensuring seamless planning, organization, and implementationDevelop and execute ongoing activities for creators utilizing the Ubisoft Creators Program, driving engagement and aligning with strategic brand objectivesPlan and execute recurring creator activations for seasonal live game events, including livestream opportunities and creator rewards programs, to drive awareness of in-game activity and enhance community engagementInsights & ReportingPartner with the Data & Insights Team to define realistic goals and set targets to help measure and demonstrate ROI of creator programs and initiativesTrack and monitor performance to allow us to be agile, apply learnings as we go, and shift strategies if necessaryPrepare and analyze reports to track performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making processesDevelop systematic postmortems and research studies to educate and inform key stakeholders.Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL BRINGYou have a record of building, presenting, and executing successful creator campaigns with an integrated approach to the creator’s global creator ecosystemYou have demonstrated achievements in a fast-paced, international work environment and have strong attention to detail and experience leading complex projects from planning through execution. You are a subject matter expert who knows how to convince internally as well as externally with diplomacy and pertinencePassion for working with Content Creators at a local or central/global levelsExceptional organizational skills with a project manager mindsetAbility to communicate up; ability to effectively speak with both internal and external partners/agencies to articulate ideas, needs, and resolve straightforward situationsA willingness to work both autonomously and as a teamA creative mindsetCuriosity about video, streaming, social media, and player cultureStrong written and verbal communicationExperience and interest in working with data to make informed decisions and derive meaningful insights that shape strategyA commitment to building positive relationships with our players and creator communityAdditional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guideline.We are committed to enriching player’s lives with original and memorable gaming experiences.
