Manage retail media consulting programs, including creating workplans and overseeing workstreamsLead stakeholder interviews, conduct research, analyze data, and develop deliverablesOversee client relationship management and day-to-day communicationsProvide business development support and assist with strategy developmentManage and mentor junior team membersWhat is Required (Qualifications):
BA / BS + 5-7 years or advanced degree + 2-3 years working with clients to solve challenging problemsExperience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or retail media networkStrong analytics skillset and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience managing project teams and mentoring junior team membersHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in Retail Media, e-commerce, digital marketing, or other marketing disciplines
