Opportunity:

The Landscape architecture studio at OEG, led by Landscape Architects, set the standard for design excellence in high-end residential placemaking and built work. This studio creates original designs and collaborates with other architects on custom homes across various design genres. The Studio Design Manager oversees all processes related to producing a set of drawings that a project can be built from, with the support of project landscape architects and designers. This role involves directing and coordinating the availability of project teams, fostering collaboration, ensuring effective communication, and participating in the leadership team to drive strategic decisions.

Lead and mentor a team of project managers, designers, and support staff.Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.Encourage and support professional development, innovation, and continuous learning.High quality, effective documentation that facilitates ease of construction.Profitability of the design teamMaintenance of an adequate volume of field-ready documentation for the Build Team.Prioritize design work and allocate resources, maintaining reports for review.Continually develop and align capacities to meet demands.Maintain and communicate design dependency deliverables.Manage active contracts and associates design dependency deliverables.
