Role: Product Designer with Banking DomainLocation : Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) - Charlotte, NC, USAResponsibilitiesLead and execute end-to-end design initiatives to align with our product deadlinesCommunicate complex information using interaction design tools, including journey maps, storyboards, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, etc.Apply, maintain, and build upon design systems to ensure consistent designsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams of designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, subject matter experts, copywriters, legal, and executive leadersLeverage and contribute to an existing design system to ensure consistent designs across our web, mobile, and native applicationsUnderstand and document user research findings and iterate designs based on feedbackCreate click-through prototypes, presentations, and videos to showcase product vision and get buy-in from key stakeholdersRequiredAn online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience. Please include a link to your online portfolio or work samples.Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields3+ years of work experience in the design fieldProficiency in design, prototyping, and presentation software such as Figma and KeynoteExperience in the application of design systems such as Material DesignExperience working across multiple platforms (e.g., products, websites, mobile apps, etc.)Ability to communicate abstract design concepts visually and verbally in a clear and engaging mannerNice to haveTechnical knowledge on HTML, CSS, JavaScriptFamiliarity with Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
