About the role:

As a Supervisor, you will support the European Sales team with effective and timely communication to Members regarding local, regional, and worldwide promotions, qualifications, and training events taking place throughout the EMEA region. Additionally, you will support local departments, including Sales Strategy, Marketing, MPC, Logistics, and Member Services, with effective and timely communications to members and internally as outlined by these departments. You will work closely with the local Marketing group and local Sales on global communications projects and instruct the team on new processes. Furthermore, you will follow through on projects related to local, regional, and global promotions and campaigns, as well as initiatives driving the 3 Rs (Retail, Recruit, and Retention), and report on these.

In this role, you will:

Coordinate promotional and post-promotional campaigns for Corporate training events, preparing SMS communication and flyers.Plan and execute all distributor national and regional events, providing guidance to the events coordinator.Maintain the Southern African websites by posting up-to-date information, key flyers, product catalogs, and coordinate with respective teams product launches.Maintain communication databases by updating contact details and ensuring all communication channels have targeted and updated communication lists.Follow simple instructions and copy standard formats carefully, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently to meet department goals.Manage and update member and customer apps, ensuring compliance with local and EMEA policy guidelines, and provide training on application usage and technical issues.Submit communications statistics to supervisor on a monthly basis.Send out monthly member newsletter as shared by the marketing team.Manages a team of one events Coordinator.Interacts with all levels throughout the organization, distributors, customers and vendors.Our requirements:

Experience:

4+ years in a sales-type environment highly desirable; strong communication output; commercial experience demonstrating strong organizational skills; thorough knowledge of MS Office essential; experience in HTML/web design and email marketing software highly desirable.Design Experience:

Knowledge or experience working with design platforms or programs is desirable.Soft Skills:

Confident, personable, and good interpersonal skills; communicative, energetic, enthusiastic, and has a 'can-do' approach.Teamwork and Independence:

Able to work as part of a local and international team but also independently when the supervisor/manager is out of the office.Self-Starter:

Able to set own priorities, take initiative, multi-task while attending to detail, and focus on important issues.Work Under Pressure:

Ability to stay focused under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Administrative and Organizational Skills:

Excellent planning and execution skills; comprehensive knowledge of direct selling and distributor matrix; excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Desktop Publishing, HTML 5/web design, Google Analytics, local SMS portals, and Exact Target/email platforms).Social Media and Copywriting:

Understanding of social media platforms, proficient in copywriting, content writing, and digital copywriting; proficient in campaign planning and execution.Vendor and Team Management:

Able to manage vendors/suppliers/internal team locally and in EMEA; adaptable to changing environments; willing to travel occasionally and flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends;Native English speaker
