Here’s the Gist We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Corporate Marketing and Communications team. The Marketing Coordinator will manage/coordinate resources, external vendors, schedules and more to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met, while communicating effectively across the team and marketing organization. This role will also work closely with the Corporate Marketing and Communications team to build and maintain processes and execute tactics to elevate the brand. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to start their career in marketing and develop their skills.

The Day-to-Day

Build and maintain effective processes to improve efficiency and adaptability within the Corporate Marketing and Communications organization.Manage timelines, resources, and systems for marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.Determine and define clear deliverables required for specific projects or initiatives.Monitor daily tasks to ensure working toward established milestones and deliverables, and ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.Establish and execute project communication plans as needed and develop information communication procedures.Work cross-functionally to coordinate activities and identify and resolve problems and ensure project needs are met.Maintain departmental budget tracker, facilitate processing of SOWs, opening POs and ensure all Legal and Procurement processes are properly followedAssist with the creation of internal/external communication utilizing software such as PowerPoint

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements)

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field1 year of project management experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentalityExcellent PowerPoint and MS Office skillsSound problem-solving skills
