Job Description

The Marketing Operations Director is a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless functioning of marketing operations, driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our B2B marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive and data-driven approach across the entire marketing ecosystem and team. This multifaceted role requires strategic thinking, deep understanding of the B2B MarTech landscape, creative production coordination skills, analytical prowess and operational excellence to achieve marketing objectives and drive business growth through optimized marketing operations including meticulous management of assets and creative production.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development:·Collaborate with Marketing Leadership to formulate and refine the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and market dynamics.

Operational Planning:·Lead the development of comprehensive marketing operational plans including influencing budget allocation, resource planning and performance metrics definition and development.

Process Optimization:·Continuously evaluate and refine marketing processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and scalability, focusing on lead management, campaign execution and performance measurement processes.

Technology Management:Work closely with our IT business partners to oversee the selection, implementation and optimization of the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, channel execution, creative production, asset management and analytics tools and other platforms crucial for supporting marketing initiatives.Continuously monitor technology development to ensure we benefit from early understanding and appropriate adoption of evolving toolsets, making recommendations for adjustments to TOM and skillsets.Participation on solutions board evaluation

Asset Management:·Develop and implement robust asset management systems and protocols to ensure the orderly organization, version control and accessibility of marketing assets, including digital content, collateral, and brand assets.

Creative Production Coordination:·Spearhead the coordination of creative asset production for marketing campaigns, liaising with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Data Analysis and Insights:·Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to derive actionable insights into marketing performance, customer behavior and market trends, informing strategic decision-making and campaign optimization efforts.

Cross-functional Collaboration:·Foster close collaboration with Regional Marketing, Sales, CXM, Sales Ops, Product CSI and Cross BU partners as appropriate to ensure the seamless alignment of marketing activities with broader business objectives, nurturing a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Measurement and Reporting:·Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to quantitatively assess the effectiveness of the Marketing Ops team generating regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance outcomes to key stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.

Team Leadership and Development:·Provide visionary leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing operations team, cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.Required Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field within B2B sector.Track record of B2B Marketing Ops management at senior level5 years or more of B2B Marketing with experience of channel management, marketing performance management and complex marketing solutions delivery including tech partner onboarding and management.Our Organization has a business casual environment and focuses on teamwork, associate development, training, and continuous improvement.
