Job Description

We are looking for a trailblazing Field Marketing Lead to build and scale Order.co's retail marketing strategy. The Field Marketing Lead will work alongside marketing & sales to generate and capture demand within Retail sub-industries including but not limited to apparel, automotive, food & grocery, furniture & home, health & beauty, jewelry & accessories, and luxury fashion.Recommend and execute marketing channel strategy for the retail vertical, which could include:

Events like trade shows, conferences, webinars, executive dinners, and any other events deemed worthwhileDeveloping relationships with key partners in the vertical and managing partner marketing campaignsRunning account based marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to generate leads for the retail podWorking with the greater demand generation team on content, email, PR, and paid digital marketing campaigns within the retail verticalCreating and distributing industry specific content

Manage a discretionary budget across chosen channels like industry publications, events, paid digital, and/or direct mailBecome the retail expert within go-to-market, developing a deep understanding of our retail customer base, pain points, use cases, product functionality, competitors, partners, and industry trendsMaintain alignment with a pod of retail focused Sales Development Representatives and Account ExecutivesPartner with Revenue Operations to Identify target account lists to fuel account based marketing and outbound sales tacticsCollaborate with product marketing to support SDRs and AEs with messaging, outbound sequences, and supporting contentReport on program outcomes including ROI and OKR attainmentQualifications

Please note, this hybrid opportunity will be based on-site a few days per week at our NYC office location in FlatironInterest or experience in marketing to retail businessesExperience managing events end-to-end (primarily trade show attendance and webinars)Ability to execute marketing campaigns across a variety of channelsCapacity to effectively allocate resources, prioritize initiatives, and meet deadlinesCapable of working cross functionally to meet demand targetsIntrinsic motivation and an ability to work both independently as well as in a group settingDefault to curiosity, creative problem-solving, and hands-on learningAdditional Information
