This is an exciting time in our history, and by creating a new and ambitious path, it will provide a unique opportunity for us all, both professionally and personally.Join us as a Founder of our ‘new’ Sandoz!Your Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:Acquire respective brands and market understanding including customers and competitors. Monitor/ anticipate market development.Collect countries´ insights and needs to prioritize, communicate, and allocate budget accordingly.Initiate market research for in-scope products to support CL2/ countries needs and excellent patient and customer understanding. Identify product related opportunities.Lead development of products central strategy, promotional campaign, and tactical plan for in-scope (launch and in-market) products.Partner with core markets, external agency and Global Digital Hub to drive central value creation. Leverage available country best practice. Ensure all processes adhere to P3 policies.Support markets in implementation of the strategy & tactics, and adoption of centrally created content.Track utilization of centrally created content in cooperation with Global Digital Hub and the countries. Ensure quality planning with KPIs measures in place for all activities.Provide leadership to the brand managers community including advising and professional development.Lead interactions with extended TA / brand team members including other functional areas (Sales, Medical, ComEx, Training, Finance, and others), building consensus/buy-in among these team members.Plan for strategy and content development based on portfolio strategic choices.Monitor and control the budget, prioritize marketing activities to ensure value add and cost-effectiveness.With the support of the markets monitor product and campaign performance.What you’ll bring to the role:Essential Requirements:5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experienceProven experience of designing and implementing brand strategy & tactical plansExperience to lead project teams.Effective collaboration capabilities and team attitudeStrong communication and consensus building skills.Solution oriented mind with eye for creativityPharmaceutical Brand launch experience (preferred)You’ll receive:Sandoz has an employee-first approach and that’s why your personal growth is so important to us.
