The Director of Marketing Operations will oversee the strategic planning, project management, the implementation and optimization of marketing processes, technologies, and data analytics. This role will ensure that the marketing team operates at peak efficiency, driving growth and improving ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, data analysis, and technology, with a proven track record of managing large-scale marketing initiatives.

ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing operations strategy aligned with the company's overall enterprise marketing objectives.Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-level marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business goals.Oversee the creation and management of the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.Project Planning and Management:Develop and implement a detailed project plan outlining key milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting schedules and plans as needed.Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact the project's success.Stakeholder Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise level projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.Facilitate regular updates and presentations to senior management and other key stakeholders.Gather and incorporate feedback from various departments to refine the feedback for the agency at each milestone.Team Coordination and Leadership:Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team, including marketing, communications, and external agencies.Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, providing guidance and support to team members.Ensure all team members are aligned with project goals and deliverables.Process Optimization:Streamline and optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.Implement best practices for campaign management, lead generation, and customer engagement.Continuously evaluate and improve marketing workflows to ensure optimal performance.Technology Management:Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools).Ensure the marketing technology stack is integrated and leveraged effectively to support marketing goals.Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies and trends, making recommendations for new tools and systems as needed.Data Analytics and Reporting:Develop and implement a robust marketing analytics framework to measure and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and marketing ROI.Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making processes.Team Leadership and Development:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing operations team.Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, IT, Finance, and Product, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead management and conversion processes.Partner with the product team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.Compliance and Governance:Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.Implement and enforce data privacy and security practices to protect customer information and maintain compliance with legal requirements.Qualifications

Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Skills:Strong strategic planning and project management skills.Excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities.Proficiency in marketing technology platforms and tools.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Personal Attributes:Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Collaborative and team-oriented.Results-driven and proactive.Adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment.

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $100,171.61 and $175,761.85. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
