Aquent Studios is looking to hire a Consumer Experience (CX) Production Designer to support a multinational pharmaceutical and healthcare company. Come collaborate with a team of world-class multidisciplinary designers to help invent and deliver design and UX frameworks that align and extend across all patients, customers, and employees. You will collaborate not only with other designers, but also strategists and researchers, to build customer-focused solutions. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to lead projects forward in the face of ambiguity. Expect a fast-paced environment in which you work as a traditional production designer producing a relatively high volume of work under strict brand guidelines.
NOTE: This role will go through the end of October but may extend to something more long-term.

Responsibilities:Realize presentation designs across a variety of media, with the expectation of producing a high volume of work.Build consumer brand experience designs, with a heavy focus on digital and social media.Follow brand style guidelines and work with established visual patterns.May provide a consultative approach in presenting designs to clients and executives.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience in industry design tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, as well as standard Microsoft Office suite.Basic knowledge of motion design, animation, and character development for video is prefered.Strong skill with Adobe Illustrator and vector illustration is required.Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects a plus.Basic knowledge of SharePoint, creating graphics, and using standard web-parts.Fluency and experience in the design thinking process.Active listener with ability to respond to feedback and prioritize workload.Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, presentation design or equivalent design-related field.10+ years of experience as a graphic designer, production designer, or similar role.Experience working in a collaborative team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially as they relate to presenting and articulating design decisions.Must be able to present concepts and ideas confidently.Familiarity with pharma/healthcare industry is a plus.Experience working in a collaborative team.Ability to work successfully in sometimes ambiguous environments
Compensation Range: $44/hour
The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
