Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced, innovative, and collaborative designer with deep experience and understanding of performance media and growth marketing best practices.This is a unique opportunity to flex the right brain/left brain, combining strategic thinking with best-in-class, breakthrough, brand-defining creative (for static and AV) across all social platforms.As a designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with a team of static + motion designers (both internally + externally), writers, producers, and project managers to develop effective, performance-driven design systems and quick-turn creative that will engage consumers across multiple simultaneous campaigns.Together, you'll use data and insights to guide creative designs and work, experimenting, testing, and learning with each campaign.In addition to collaborating on Performance Media design, you'll have the opportunity to creatively collaborate with an internal core design team that supports on-platform creative, product marketing, and the Brand.

You are an experienced, ambitious, passionate design creative who will inspire, direct, and collaborate on big, bold, culturally potent, innovative creative work that will break through industry creativity.You like to take big, conceptual swings on ideas that are grounded in the needs of the business and help drive both short-term and long-term KPIs.You're not afraid to experiment and break formats.You have a deep understanding of performance-first creative and how to engage with and reach consumers.You are entertainment and pop-culture obsessed, a master of understanding how entertainment and content can connect with audiences on a personal, deeper, emotional level. Whether you're a Bravoholic or Potterhead or Dunder Mifflinite or something else, you'll pack up that fandom and bring it here with you, wearing it like a badge of honor.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience designing for performance media or growth marketing-driven teams (in-house or studio/agency); link to the online portfolio of work that showcases your unbridled design passion required.A social-first, performance-centric design background, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in effective, breakthrough design, typography, layout, form, motion design, and composition. (static and AV).Thorough understanding of testing structures, data metrics, target audiences, channel-specific placements, and social best practices.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment without risking quality and maintaining attention to detail.Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude with a willingness to ask questions and learn.Able to implement brand guidelines but flex design rules when needed while providing reasoning behind design decisions.

Proven ability to solve creative problems, self-motivate, and work independently as well as collaboratively.An exceptionally creative thinker and communicator with an inquisitive mind who is comfortable and passionate about the intersection of creative, strategy, media, marketing, consumer insights, and design.Ability to influence at all levels of an organization, utilizing interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexibly across departments as well as manage internal and external partners in a dynamic and high-pressure environment; able to evangelize the brand design system & champion creative work across cross-functional teams, including senior leadership.Extensive experience making creative decisions in real-time based on qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing performance data, and applying that information to creative design work accordingly.Strong track record of interacting and working with multiple stakeholders and partnering collaboratively with brand creative, marketing, partnerships, creative ops, and consumer insights teams.Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.Experienced user of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, C4D, etc.) preferred.
