JOB SUMMARY

The Seadrill Communications Team is hiring a Project Manager to complete the roll-out of the relaunch of a global Communications channel, SeadrillTV. SeadrillTV, historically a video-based offshore channel, has been reimagined into a collaborative and customizable digital billboard channel utilizing the ScreenCloud platform and designed to increase our reach to the offshore crews. The initial concept and design phases of the project are complete, and some piloting has been conducted. The Project Manager will pick up at the implementation phase and will develop and execute a plan to deliver the technology to every rig in the fleet and all global offices, identify and train super users, communicate and promote the channel globally, and provide post-launch support. Global roll-out is expected to be complete by year-end (5 months) followed by 1 month of support and handover to the Seadrill Communications Lead.

The Project Manager will work alongside a Seadrill ISIT Project Manager who will deliver the technical components of the project and ensure every rig has a working and technically supported ScreenCloud device. The Project Manager will report to the Director of Communications and will collaborate with the Communications Team to develop and execute a plan consistent with Seadrill's strategy and objectives.

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

Building off already-completed phases of the project, the PM will develop a project plan through project completion.

Project completion is defined by:

SeadrillTV is operational on all rigs in the Seadrill fleet for at least 1 month.Super-users are trained and engaged. There must be at least 1 super-user per crew per rig (i.e., 2 people minimum per rig) and 1 per office.Global communications campaign has been delivered across multiple channels internally.Plan for ongoing support and troubleshooting for Communications and ISIT is developed and actionable.Handover to the Seadrill Communications Lead is complete.Collaborate with Seadrill ISIT PM responsible for installing a Screen Cloud device on every rig and every office.

Collaborate with the Seadrill Communications Team to maintain consistency with Seadrill strategy and objectives.

Report out progress weekly to the Director of Communications, including project status, risks, and issues.

Screen Cloud

Know how the product works and be able to teach it to Super-Users.

Identify ways to streamline content production via links to Seadrill's Unily platform, templates, etc.

Minimum Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Communications or similar field or 4+ years of experience in a related field.Able to share a portfolio of work including writing samples.Preferred

Has led a team and/or project of 2+ people and/or $100K budget.
