Overview:

The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation strategies to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing technology, data analytics, and customer journey mapping.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Automation Strategy:Develop and implement marketing automation strategies to support the overall marketing and sales goals.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure alignment and integration of automation systems.Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua).Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.Lead Management:

Develop lead scoring and nurturing programs to improve lead quality and conversion rates.Monitor and analyze lead flow, and work with sales to ensure timely follow-up and pipeline management.Data and Analytics:

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Maintain and enhance the quality of the marketing database by ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Customer Journey Mapping:

Design and implement customer journey maps to enhance the customer experience and drive engagement at each stage of the funnel.Utilize behavioral data and customer feedback to refine and improve journey mapping strategies.Technology and Tools:

Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation platforms and tools.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing automation processes.Content Development:

Collaborate with content creators to develop relevant and engaging content for automated campaigns.Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all automated communications.Training and Support:

Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on the use of marketing automation tools and best practices.Develop and maintain documentation for marketing automation processes and workflows.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or a related role.Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is preferred.Additional Skills:

Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.Understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing channels.Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization.Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.ABM experience ideal

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45-47 / hourly as a W2 employee.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in a 401k plan with company match.
