Blip nicotine gums + lozzies are here for the next generation of quitters, with a bold online and in-store presence, Blip is reinvigorating a category in need of change. We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Production + Marketing Intern for 20 hours/week. This role will be critical in the success of creative shoots, the success and development of a new brand, while also providing the ability to learn in a startup environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, excited to learn more about creative production and marketing, and has excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives.Administrative duties such as documentation filing, organizing Dropbox folders, ensuring documents across projects are filed appropriately and timely, signature requests, etc.Support with creative production across various departments, such as art department, production (scheduling, sheet creation, creative decks), casting, crew, transportation, location and on-site production support.Coordinate with external vendors, such as photographers, videographers, printers, and freelancers, to assist as needed and secure resources.Cross-functional collaboration with social, content, design and marketing teams to support overall operational and brand objectives.Coordinate sourcing efforts and communications for merchandise and product developers, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetic and market demands.Support the operations of our LA office, maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment while ensuring supplies are well-stocked and facilities are properly maintained.Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the marketing and operations team to support departmental goals and priorities.Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Production, Marketing or a related field.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs), project management software/tools, and collaboration platforms.Prior internship or work experience in project management, creative production, or operations is preferred but not required.Able to work onsite from our office in Frogtown, LA (near DTLA).
