About the Team & PositionWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Strategic and Product Marketing for our Oncology Group to lead the marketing efforts for our groundbreaking AI-powered oncology solutions.This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and plans that drive growth in both biopharma and clinical segments.This position will be a remote role based in the US and will report directly to the Global VP of Product Management and Marketing for Lunit Oncology.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the precision oncology market, strong strategic and analytical thinking to develop winning strategies, and the ability to translate complex scientific/ clinical concepts into compelling value propositions and persuasive messaging. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs in the precision oncology and AI-medical device/ diagnostic spaceDevelop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans in collaboration with product teams to drive product differentiation and market penetrationConduct primary and secondary market research to generate deep insights regarding customer segmentation, driver and barriers to adoption, evidence-generation needs, etc.Product Positioning, Messaging, and Content Development:Define the positioning of Lunit's oncology products within the market to ensure differentiation and alignment with customer needsCraft compelling messaging to effectively communicate the value proposition and applications of our products with both biopharma and clinical segmentsTake complex scientific and clinical data and simplify the insights into persuasive content that resonates with stakeholdersGo-to-Market Planning and Execution:Lead the development of global go-to-market plans, including segmentation, targeting, and pricing strategiesCollaborate with marcom, business development, sales, and medical affairs to ensure successful product launchesSales Enablement and KOL Engagement:Work closely with product, marcom, business development, sales, and medical affairs teams to develop effective sales aids, training, and educational materials to support the sales processCollaborate with medical affairs to conduct KOL advisory boards to gain insights into clinical needs and validate product/ go-to-market strategiesRequirements

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in strategic or product marketing within the healthcare, biotech, or diagnostic industryBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (advanced degrees in biology-related fields preferred)Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing innovative precision oncology products to biopharma and/ or clinical segmentsStrong understanding of the oncology market, including current trends, challenges, and opportunitiesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts and clinical data to diverse audiencesStrong strategic and analytical skills, with demonstrated success in developing successful marketing strategies and plans that drive business growthDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentAbility to travel both domestically and internationally up to 20% of the timePreferred Experiences

MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Life SciencesExperience marketing AI-powered healthcare solutions or precision oncology productsKnowledge of biomarkers, companion diagnostics, or immuno-oncologyFamiliarity with regulatory requirements for marketing medical devices or diagnosticsExperience managing and developing high-performing marketing teamsFamiliarity with working in a 'start-up' environmentHow to Apply
