SERVICE WRITER
Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm, no nights or weekends.Paid weekly.Paid vacation after one year of employment along with three paid sick days.Paid holidays, & paid vacation.Crystal River Firestone is looking for a full-time service writer.Excellent working enviroment and top pay in a clean, well equipped shop.Responsobilities may include but not limited to:
Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns, documenting issues and ensuring accurate communication.Prepare detailed service estimates, including parts and labor costs, in collaboration with technicians.Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs.Create and manage work orders, ensuring all customer requests are clearly communicated to the service team.Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle and explain any additional repairs needed.Prepare final invoices, explain charges to customers, and process payments.Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Must posess the following skills:

Proficient with Mitchell• Excellent customer service• Computer skillsQualifications:
• Valid driver's license• Sober and drug-free• Reliable• Excellent skillset on foreign and domestic late vehicles• Own tools• 5 years experience in some or all of the following areas:- Brake systems- Cooling systems- Drive train troubleshooting and repair- Engine troubleshooting and repair- Vehicle alignment- Automotive air conditioning troubleshooting and repair- Automotive electrical system diagnostics and repair- Proficient with automotive scanning and code troubleshooting- Suspension systems- Tire service- Tune Ups
