The UX Designer is responsible for the execution of UX deliverables. The UX Designer goal is to find UX opportunities and propose solutions that will contribute to the success of our client's digital products. The UX Designer works passionately having in mind the customer and our clients' goals. The primary responsibilities of the UX Designer include understanding customers and client's business, executing design-thinking exercises, architecting information, providing solution proposals, applying basic visual design practices, and preparing the proper handoff to developers. The UX Designer works integrated into a larger team and is capable of handling complex user experience deliverables efficiently under supervision from either a Senior UX Designer or a UX Lead, but also has proven ability to handle user experience projects independently.

You will:

Work with Creative, Strategy, and Development teams to design recommendations for new design and functionality that maps to business, workstream, and account goals.Translate strategic insights and business requirements into targeted digital solutions across multiple digital channels and experiential spaces.Develop IA and UX deliverables including but not limited to: UX Audits, Heuristic Evaluations, Competitive Analysis, User Research/Testing, Sitemaps, User Flows, Wireframes, Annotations, Functional Requirements and UX-focused Quality AssuranceCreate and document user experiences by various means including diagrams, site maps, user flows, annotated wireframes, and prototypes.Provide functional design support for marketing campaigns through UX documentationWork with UX and other cross-disciplinary teams to review and update documentation and see through QA and Development production.You have:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)3+ years minimum of client UX experienceAgency experience highly desiredExperience producing effective wireframes, design mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate ideas to others.Knowledge of cross-browser, cross-platform, cross-device implementation techniques.Figma proficiency essential. Additional experience with wireframing and diagraming tools such as Miro, Axure and PowerPoint are helpful.Experience and proficiency in responsive website design.Experience working with CMS platforms (i.e. WordPress, AEM, Sitecore).Experience working with modular, component-driven design systems.Experience with user usability testing (moderation or test design) is valuable.What We Offer
