Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate & seasoned Product Marketing Manager to help drive our investments in creator monetization, tooling, and integrity. You'll be responsible for creating business and product strategies for both content creators and publishers, building and executing our go-to-market plans, and coordinating a cross-functional team building the product experiences for creators on Facebook. The ideal candidate will have a multi-disciplinary background-including business strategy, marketing, and analytical skills - and be passionate about the creator ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Partner with product and engineering to define the strategy and roadmap for upcoming investment areas such as creator monetization, tooling, and integrityEnvision and execute go-to-market plans for content creators and publishers, collaborating across engineering, product management, partnerships, deal team, operations, partner marketing and communications to test, announce, launch, & scale productsSurface & synthesize qualitative & quantitative insights that develop our positioning in the marketPartner closely with XFN across marketing to deliver salient guidance for creators and publishers as well as marketing collateralMinimum Qualifications

10+ years of work experience in business strategy, product marketing, consulting or marketingExperience in creator eco-system (must have)Storytelling (must have)Inbound/Outbound (must have)Influencing product (must have)BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or journalismPrior Meta experience is heavily preferredExperience working in media or marketing, bonus if that experience included working with creators or publishersExperience launching and driving adoption for new products and services while owning and achieving KPIsExperience conveying ideas to end users and engineering teams alike
