Job Description:

Omnichannel organization oversight and ownership of PASS team/program needs to ensure connectivity to broader commercialization efforts and communication connectivity, tactics, and execution.Specific PASS needs: The below items are currently in progress between IT, PASS, and select resources within omnichannel.Develop brand.com nursing adherence enrollment schematic and managementManage overall PASS omnichannel enrollment strategyCommunications BRD ownership with agencyHandoff asset strategy between TAG, AgencyOwn communication integrations build and testing timelineOwner comms integrations implementation planOversee opt in/opt out strategyQuarterback integration launch planning (DTA, QVA, and BRD sign offs)Incorporate PASS comms into the broader Cobenfy omnichannel ecosystemProven ability in managing digital agencies, pharmaceutical call centers, technical integrations, vendors, and cross-functional support teamsQualification:

Bachelor's degree with minimum 5-7 years industry, (pharmaceutical/biotech or related marketing or media agency) experienceExperience in schizophrenia patient/provider/care-giver journey preferredExperience in pharmaceutical omnichannel strategy and digital marketing with commercial patient support programsStrong oral and written communication skillsExperience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Veeva PromoMats, WorkFront, Veeva CRM5+ years Project Management experience (PMP not required)Highly organized and detailed oriented, accustomed to fast-paced settingsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write, collaborate on and edit communications and presentations where neededHas passion for the role, shares ideas, brings improvements forward, teaches othersExperience in schizophrenia patient/provider/care-giver journey preferredProven ability in technical integration oversight and understanding, integration governance, vendor management, and cross-functional support teamsStrong project management skillsUnderstanding consent management space within healthcareStrong patient/centric approach with thorough understanding and appreciation of patient journey, specifically with pharmacy benefit treatmentExperience in developing innovative patient support program enrollment capabilities

Eligibility begins on the 1st day of the calendar month following 60 days of continuous full time employment with Synectics. Premiums are subsidized by Synectics.

Synectics offers all employees who are 21 years of age or older the opportunity to invest in the 401(k) Plan on the first enrollment date that is at least 30 days after employment begins. Enrollment dates are each January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
