ABOUT THE JOB:

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead our Account Based Marketing (ABM) capabilities in support of our divisions, regions, branches, and central sales teams. Specific focus will be working with our Enterprise Accounts teams to drive cross and up-sell opportunities with our largest national accounts. You will be responsible for building individual account ABM plans that lead to pipeline growth and ultimately incremental orders. Your efforts will directly impact our market presence and strengthen WillScot's brand within the industry.

ABM is only one of the many tactics available to the Demand Generation department to drive leads into the sales funnel. Additional tactics include Paid and Organic Search, Email, Social, Events, and Digital Advertising. Your ability to orchestrate and deliver ABM programs utilizing these demand channels is a key responsibility of the position. In addition to these channels, the ideal candidate will have experience in deploying ABM campaigns through leading ABM platforms (i.e., Demandbase, 6Sense, etc.). Specifically, configuring target segments, creating engagement content, launching campaigns, reporting, and optimizing their impact. This position will be responsible for maximizing our ABM platform value and being an advocate for its deployment across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

Strategize, execute, and optimize data-driven ABM campaigns to achieve sales goalsDevelop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns, including identifying the target, inform creative asset creation, ensuring operational rigor, reporting performance, and optimizing resultsApply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimizationPartner with our preferred ABM platform vendor DemandbaseWork closely with our creative teams (both internally and externally) to inform the design of ABM assetsWork closely with both sales and business operations to support high-performance ABM tools and integrationDocument and share ABM best practices as well as establish 1st party and 3rd party benchmarks for companies like WillScotIDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

5+ years of related work experiencePrevious ownership of demand generation responsibilitiesProven experience collaborating with Sales teamsB2B marketingExperience in DemandbaseCollege degree in Marketing or related fields preferredAbility to work in office in Phoenix, AZ
