Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles and practices.Ability to identify and address core problems before jumping into solutions.Critical thinking skills and ability to ask the right questions.Comfortable adapting to fast-paced, changing requirements.Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially engineering.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD (or similar).Strong understanding of market trends to support and inform design recommendations.Ability to take feedback well and maintain a collaborative spirit.Experience in presenting design projects and highlighting ownership and action.
