About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Social Media team. This individual will be responsible for helping to develop and execute organic social strategy across our owned social media channels.You’ll be successful in this role if you are a self-starter, excited to learn, highly motivated, innovative, a quick-thinker, extremely organized, a strong multi-tasker, and you excel in a fast-paced environment working alongside a performance-driven team. You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and can effectively manage multiple priorities across multiple brands. This role will encompass social media management, reporting, creative concepting, editorial content planning, and more.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities

Support the Social Media team in all aspects of organic social media strategy: day-to-day execution, content planning, creative development, and reporting

Help draft and edit documents such as content calendars, creative briefs, production shot lists, weekly one-sheets, and more. Must have strong organization skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office + Google suite

Maintain organic social calendars across multiple brands

Coordinate creative review/approval process with internal Brand + Creative + Merch teams to align on brand guidelines, product priorities, and campaign goals

Acquire creative assets from multiple sources & publish across social media channels

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, Merch, Brand, Creative), when needed, to source and deliver all the necessary information for content production

Work with Manager to ensure any relevant social analytics data is documented and inputted into internal database
