We are seeking a creative and collaborative
Interior Architect or Designer
with an interest in housing, hospitality, and social justice. This position-for a licensed interior architect or an interior designer- will work in our Interiors studio to manage projects from acquisition through design and completion. We're looking for a capable, collaborative person who can work with our in-house team across many projects as well as independently.
The DBA_Inside interiors studio is integrated throughout the larger DBA practice, collaborating on large-scale projects (multifamily housing and hotels) as well as running stand-alone commercial interior architecture projects (commercial interiors, adaptive reuse, and tenant fit outs) that balance high-end design with community benefit.

Qualifications
5-10 years mid-level professional experience at an architecture or interior design firm Strong design skills Strong hand-sketching skills Proficient with Revit Experience with Adobe Suite Experience in working on Construction Documents Experience in some construction administration Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Ability to collaborate with architecture teams, consultants and vendors to meet design intent Experience with interior architecture and FF&E selection/specification Interest and/or experience in public interest design Ideal Qualifications
Strong portfolio of multifamily and/or hospitality experience Experience with Lumion Required

$85,000 - $115,000 USD annually. Salary commensurate with experience.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area with the expectation of coming to the office 3 days a week. We plan to support a hybrid in-person/remote model indefinitely.
