About the Role

As a Lead UX/UI Designer with WorkForce Software, you will take a leadership role in defining the overall aesthetic and engagement experience of our wide array of applications. You will lead a core team of User Experience professionals as they develop and prioritize shareable components, protocols, user stories etc. which will then be shared with our Engineering teams for development, ensuring prompt delivery and execution of our product vision.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and requirements.Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and preferences.Create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX deliverables to communicate design concepts and solutions.Work closely with visual designers to ensure consistency and coherence in the overall user experience.Advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring that user needs and goals are prioritized and addressed.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.Requirements

7+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and design process1+ years of experience leading and managing a team of UX designersReact Native proficiency a huge plus!Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similarSolid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction designExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideasStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience working in an Agile development environment is a plusEducation
