Job Description:The Senior Product Marketer, PIM & eMerchandising is a subject matter expert in PIM and AI-based merchandising tools. To be specific, at The Client Companies, these tools are the Inriver PIM and Attraq's Fredhopper eMerchandising Tool. This person's responsibility is to be an absolute expert in the way these tools should be used by Client Companies' brands in order to create great end-customer experiences via their D2C and Omnichannel platforms. Importantly, this person will use their expertise in these tools, combined with their business & marketing accumen, to become the "face" of these tools to business audiences. Accordingly, they will own the Go-to-Market Training & Activation plan and will be responsible for ensuring the strategic usage & adoption of these tools are a success.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesBe an expert in inriver PIM and Attraqt's Fredhopper (SaaS based) tools.Own the global activation strategy for PIM & Fredhopper to ensure that once end-users are trained in these tools, they are empowered and given the right information to strategically use them to activate smart merchandising and content campaigns that yield tangible growth for the business.Identify all tasks that brands need to complete in these tools to configure a best-in-class eCommerce website.rchitect materials & trainings to facilitate the setup and maintenance of these tools for our brand business teams.You will work cross-functionally with brand-specific digital expert teams, product teams, and market-level eCommerce teams to serve as the expert for these two tools.You should be able to explain how to drive business growth by strategically using these tools.You will be responsible for documenting strategic activation playbooks (both enterprise wide and market specific) for how to best leverage capabilities to drive KPIs.Be able to steer meetings & brainstorm sessions, with a laser-focused mindset on producing results.Our global brands each have different needs and big ideas; and you must be able to sift through the thousands of requirements and ideas to identify what can really move the needle in a timely fashion.Work collaboratively across key teams within the organization.Needed Skills

Imagine that one of our brands is launching a new Product Collection Campaign called "The Skin Glow Series". This new collection includes 6 net new products for the brand, to first be released on the D2C brand.com websites globally (before releasing to any retailers). The campaign includes a mix of moisturizers, serums, and a few tinted sunscreen products.Your task

is to outline a simple Go-To-Market plan for both the PIM & eMerchandising tools for this new collection launch. The plan should explain the various things that our brands need to do in order to create the best possible launch experience. Because you do not have access to Client's PIM & eMerchandising Systems, you can make up various assumptions about the data formatting, or any other available configurations of the tools for the purpose of this exercise.
