ESC has an exciting opportunity for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to support our premier ecommerce client's Strategic Creator Partnerships team. The role will be focused on supporting strategic macro influencer and celebrity partnerships, an exciting part of the business that is quickly scaling and has high visibility with leadership. We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, dive deep into data, and has experience growing a business.
Key Responsibilities:• Interfacing with creators to ensure that they have requirements and information to support the program.• Communicating with external partners• Helping creators with storefront updates• Fielding payment inquiries and executing payments• Monitoring content posted by creators• Assisting in legal contracts and managing deals• Networking across the company to input on deals• Assisting in managing deals• Tracking budget and ensuring budget is being met
Required Experience• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.• 2-3 years of experience in influencer management.• Knowledgeable and current in influencer trends and partnership industry.• Strong communication and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
