About Winners Alliance:Winners Alliance, the PTPA's for-profit affiliate, was founded in August of 2022 to generate and maximize off-the-court commercial opportunities for players and their agents, emulating the successful model of players associations in other sports. Among its first initiatives, Winners Alliance will establish a sustainable group licensing program for video games, trading cards, collectibles, and related opportunities.
The Role:Winners Alliance is seeking a
Graphic Designer (contract)
for a 6 month assignment. This role will be pivotal in creating compelling visual assets that resonate with our clients, who are prominent figures and brands within the sports industry. As a contractor, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to deliver impactful designs that elevate our clients' brand presence across various platforms.
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for digital collateral, including but not limited to social media graphics, website assets, promotional materials, and presentations, with a focus on compelling storytelling and a strong aesthetic sense.Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the client's messaging and values.Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and sports marketing to produce innovative solutions, demonstrating a strategic approach to visual communication.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.Requirements:
2-4 years of proven experience in design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)Proficient in Powerpoint and KeynoteBeautiful.ai experience desired but not requiredExperience working with Monday.com or a similar toolAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present creative ideas.MUST share portfolio of workContract Details:
This is a contract position with a flexible schedule, based on project needs.Remote work is possible, but occasional on-site meetings or collaboration may be required.Compensation will be commensurate with experience and agreed-upon project scope.
