Bethany Medical, an established Independent Multi-Specialty Practice located in Greensboro, High Point, Winston Salem, Jamestown, Kernersville, North Wilkesboro, and Mt. Airy is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Team!
This position also involves providing Marketing services to our sister companies - Peters Medical Research and The Lenny Peters Foundation.
Job Description:
The preferred candidate will be a bright, seasoned and highly qualified manager whose experience includes enacting strategies to positively impact growth and success of the organization. The ideal candidate's management style will exhibit integrity, collaboration, flexibility, and result-orientation. The Marketing Manager will work closely with CEO, President and Vice Presidents and COO and be responsible for planning and executing all Bethany Medical marketing initiatives, creating standardized marketing practices and procedures, specific advertising, and PR plans, responsible for planning marketing-related projects, and managing external marketing partners and vendors.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for increasing organizational awareness through marketing initiatives, analyzing data, and estimating demand for services, identifying potential markets, and devising plans to deliver the appropriate message.Additional aspects of the Marketing Manager include creating and maintaining the organization's brand, and devising brand strategies, and interfacing with outside agencies to direct activities or supervise internal marketing staff, supporting them in their assigned duties.
Essential Responsibilities:Design, implement, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, both internal to the organization and to external market and community.Accountable for increasing patient retention and identifying patient acquisition opportunities.Outline and oversee execution of digital marketing and social media strategy.Responsible for website development and effectiveness.Regularly evaluate overall marketing message and ensure that message is cohesive and consistent across all ad campaigns and channels.Report to senior management marketing KPIs and quantify effectiveness of each ad strategy and channel, and cost to acquire customers (patients) by channel.Responsible for marketing of related healthcare and other holding company subsidiariesResponsible for brand strength and reputation, making the "Bethany Medical" known for its mission in the community.Manage and hold accountable all external marketing vendors used by the company.Manage (track and report) budgets and ROI.Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in health care marketing leadership role.Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a senior marketing role.Education:
Ideal Candidate will have a master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is a must.Additional Requirements:
Adobe and Canva Software experience is required.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel.Must be able to work quickly under high deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.Ability to set clear goals and execute projects from start to finish.Experience in SEO strategies.Ability to quantify and identify target demographics.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentation skills.Bethany Medical offers a full benefits package to include:
