As a Product Designer, you will work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to design our platform and be the first to introduce beautiful UI/UX to the industry.
Your Responsibilities
Lead zero-to-one design strategy and execution for Monument's web application.Create high-fidelity UI/UX designs using Figma.Translate product and business requirements into beautiful user experiences that enable our customers to efficiently and effectively accomplish their jobs.Conduct research to inform decisions and validate designs with customers and advisors.Enhance, maintain and champion Monument's UI/UX Standards and hold Product and Engineering accountable to ensure all new functionality meets them.Collaborate with engineers to optimize designs for technical delivery.Who You Are
5+ years of experience designing UI/UX for web applications.You have 2+ years of experience designing for B2B SaaS applications.You are passionate about designing elegant and beautiful UI/UX.You are experienced with building user interfaces in Figma with reusable design system components.You use your strong business acumen to design solutions that satisfy both customer and business needs.You set high standards for yourself and others.You set yourself apart with your thoroughness and attention to detail.You are passionate about building something from scratch.You thrive in a team setting and are excited to collaborate with Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders.You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Compensation & Benefits

This is an in-person role. You are expected to work from our office in Dallas, TX (Addison) weekly Monday through Thursday.
