You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. We work with a wide range of Charities, Non-profits and Fortune 500 clients in numerous industries. At the moment we are looking for Marketing / Sales Associate for our brand new Verizon FiOS and T-Mobile campaigns! Handle customer inquiries and complaintsImpact sales results by developing, supporting and executing on-site field marketing campaigns and segment activities.Provide information about the products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesQualifications:
