True Brands is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Marketing Director with a strong focus on B2B account-based marketing to join our team.

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role is pivotal in driving B2B marketing efforts to support an inside and outside sales team targeting various retail account segments, including independent wine and spirits stores, independent gift stores, wine, beer, and spirits producers, and national retailers such as groceries, drugstores, and specialty stores. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing all aspects of marketing, including email, digital advertising, direct mail, catalogs, and tradeshows. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Hubspot for account-based marketing and lead generation, as well as a strong understanding of the CPG industry.

This is a hybrid office position, candidates for this role will need to live within commuting distance of our Seattle office.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targetsCollaborate closely with the sales team to create marketing materials and campaigns that support sales efforts and drive revenue growthManage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and SMS to enhance online presence and drive traffic to the wholesale websiteOversee the management of the B2B wholesale website, including content updates and optimization, with a strong focus on driving traffic, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing average order value to achieve sales goalsUtilize HubSpot to manage account-based marketing initiatives, ensuring targeted and effective outreach to key accounts, as well as lead generation opportunitiesCollaborate in the management and optimization of the customer database, including implementing data cleanup and segmentation strategies to ensure accuracy and usability of data for actionable marketingParticipate in the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, events, and exhibitions to promote brand visibility and generate leadsOversee the development of marketing content, including product catalogs, brochures, and digital assets, ensuring consistency with brand messagingCollaborate with product development and brand management teams in the GTM strategies of new products and brandsAnalyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiationMonitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performanceManage the B2B marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROILead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role within the CPG industry, with a focus on B2B marketingProven proficiency with Hubspot, or similar marketing automation tool, for account-based marketing and lead generationStrong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including email, social media, SEO, and SEMExperience planning and executing trade shows, events, and exhibitionsProficiency in direct mail and catalog marketingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCreative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

Compensation:
