Executive Vice President of Marketing

We’re recruiting for an innovative Executive Vice President with a creative mind and quick-wit coupled with a maniacal dedication to ROI of every dollar spent to lead the marketing efforts for the Organizations 1,000+top loan officers nationwide. You’ll be responsible for national multi-market and cross channel messaging, digital and print campaign generation, and content marketing solutions for our mortgage products and services.

Here’s the experience we’d like you to have:Ability and proven track record of building and leading a premier marketing organization including in-depth understanding of social trends, tools and practices.Firm grasp of developing innovative and relevant marketing programs and marketing practice fundamentals.A maniacal mind for metrics - social media data, email response rates, cost per acquisition, ROI measures – the whole kit and caboodle.Fluency in competitive marketing techniques/disciplines and tracking competitor activities, marketing and advertising trends, etc.Mortgage, finance or real estate experience - or similarly regulated industry a plus but not required.
