Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.Pull Systems is well-funded by some of the best-known investors in mobility, spun out of the UP.Labs incubator in 2023 as the flagship company formed in partnership with Porsche.About the Role As a Lead Product Designer, you will lead the product design team and play a pivotal role in translating complex concepts into simple, user-friendly experiences. Collaborating with our Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning leadership, you'll run the design process from inception to delivery, ensuring high-quality products that align with user needs and business objectives.Responsibilities

Simplify complexity into intuitive design solutions, working closely with product, engineering, data science, other cross-functional teams, and users.Plan, execute, and synthesize user research activities.Design and ship high-quality interface designs, taking ownership of the entire design process from ideation to implementation.Shape design strategy by collaborating with cross-functional partners to identify high-impact opportunities.Help build and define the design culture and operational practices at Pull Systems.Qualifications

6+ years as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing impactful work.3+ years of experience as a manager leading teams of individual contributors.Experience with start-ups and highly iterative environments where uncertainty is constant.Subject matter expertise in mobility, manufacturing, or enterprise SaaS.Comfort working with data, detailed chart interfaces, and technical user requirements.Ability to engage with and manage customers to understand their needs and preferences.Location This position is hybrid, with some routine travel to the Pull Systems offices in Palo Alto. Any candidates who work in Pacific time zone hours are welcome to apply if they can accommodate the occasional travel requirement.
