Located along the fastest growth corridor in Louisiana and less than an hour’s drive from Baton Rouge and New Orleans, North Oaks

has established a strong reputation for providing patient-centered, high-quality, complex medical and specialty care across a large region and seeks a Vice President who can continue to accelerate the dynamic growth of the health system and its connection to the community.The Vice President of Marketing and Business Development will report directly to the health system’s President & CEO

. As a key strategic member of the Senior Leadership Team,

the VP will lead marketing, business development, public relations, patient experience, in-house print and production, communications, and will play a critical role in ongoing strategic plans and future developments across the system

. With the goal of positioning North Oaks as the region's pre-eminent healthcare provider, the VP will build collaborative relationships with all members of the senior leadership team and clinical service line teams and skillfully leverage community relationships and partnership to achieve strategic plan targets related to market share growth, community perception/relations, and patient satisfaction.The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development role for North Oaks is a passionate and visionary executive whose success has stemmed from his/her ability to forge genuine and trusting relationships with key stakeholders, to develop and lead effective marketing and communication strategies, and successfully drive increased market share, community relationships and perception, and patient satisfaction.

Southeastern offers 16 NCAA Division I athletic programs, all of which compete in the Southland Conference.EDUCATON & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:A Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Hospital Administration or related field from an accredited degree program is required.At least ten (10) years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Advertising, and/or Communication is required. Five (5) years in a leadership role is required.
