They will be the point person for all authorization inquiries in the office.RequirementsESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Adhere to Aveanna Core Values2. Process and enter all authorizations for each regional center into AveannaCare3. Import authorizations and other related documents as needed into AveannaCare4. Research authorizations as needed with Regional Center staff5. Communicate with Regional Center accounting department, case management, internal Aveanna Support Services staff & billing teams6. Alert families and immediate supervisor of significant authorization changes such as cancellations, unit reductions, and unit increases7. Identify and problem solve issues that require entries to be adjusted8. Evaluate data issues, report feedback and observations in determining task priorities9. The incumbents may be requested to perform job related tasks other than those stated in this description.Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree is preferred, but not required2. Strong problem-solving skills3. Minimum of one year of payroll and/or customer service experience within the last four years4. Excellent interpersonal skills; self-driven, motivated and results oriented5. Strong analytical and judgment skills6. Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and ability to learn Aveannas proprietary software programs7. Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously, strong organizational skills8.
