The Ethicon Surgical Care business offers a broad range of products, platforms, and technologies-including sutures, surgical staplers, clip appliers, trocars and synthetic mesh devices-that are used in a wide variety of minimally invasive and open surgical procedures. Within the US NeuWave Commercial Organization, the Marketing Manager is a customer-facing role within Marketing responsible for engaging and building productive relationships with clinical thought leaders and other key influencers in the ablation space, with a focus on surgical ablation. This role will be responsible for providing strategic insights gained from key customers, identifying and developing thought leaders in the therapeutic space, leading KOL downstream engagements, society engagements, and working with field selling professionals to enhance our NeuWave Value Proposition to key stakeholders. The role will report directly to the Director of NeuWave Marketing. This individual will be part of a dynamic NeuWave Marketing Team with responsibility for driving alignment and execution of cross functional partners to deliver strategy, implement the tactical plan and achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include: engaging with customers and KOLs regarding NeuWave technology to accelerated market adoption and expansion NeuWave technology in the IR and ORDuties and Responsibilities:

US Commercial lead for NeuWave 2024 launch.Lead financial planning, pricing, contracting, and implementation elements.Monitor and control budget to assess promotional effectiveness.Work productively with external agencies and cross functional groups within the organization.Work cross-functionally (R&D, Commercial Education, Professional Education, Global Strategic Marketing) to establish training and educational materials, value proposition, promotional materials, implementation strategy, remote & in-person support modeLead the compliant development and execution of KOL engagement strategy; this includes identifying KOLs, developing and coordinating an integrated plan that includes contacts and activities across multiple functions, clinical societies, and industry conferences.Create an enduring KOL influencer map and devise an actionable KOL engagement modelCollaborate and support field sales organization, and develop market understanding through engagement with key customers and opinion leadersPerform other marketing related activities as assigned in support of the overall NeuWave portfolio and products to surgical customers and interventional radiology customers.Ensure applicable company compliance with all relevant regional requirements, company regulations, policies and procedures.A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required and an advanced degree preferredMinimum 5 years of healthcare industry experience is requiredExperience in customer selling and/or interaction is preferredAbility to effectively build customer relationships is requiredInterventional Radiology and OR experience is preferredExperience with KOL and faculty development is preferredAbility to build leadership relationships and influence in a highly matrixed organization is preferredExperience partnering with customers & KOL in the interventional radiology and surgical oncology area(s) is preferredStrong communication, collaboration, project management and organizational influence skills are requiredGood interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on leadership, relationship development, and influence management is preferredThis role may require up to 50% travel in peak times to customer visits, field-based educational events (some occurring on weekends) and other meetings.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 - $170,200
