Current users include leading R&D & innovation teams at mid-size to Fortune 100 companies operating in emerging markets like aerospace, genomics, cancer research, autonomous vehicles, and more.About the Role:We are seeking a Product Designer to help us shape the future of R&D by creating intuitive, engaging, and innovative user experiences for the Cypris platform. You will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that meet the needs of our diverse user base and helping us revolutionize the way companies leverage data and insights to drive innovation.In This Role You Will:Design of user interfaces and experiences across our product, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with our brandWork closely with our engineering team to understand project requirements and user needs, translating them into effective design solutionsDevelop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholdersConduct user research and usability testing to identify user pain points and inform design decisionsCreate and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all product interfacesCollaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing support throughout the development processTake an active role in defining and shaping the company's overall design strategy and visionRequirementsA Key Candidate Will Have:A degree in UX design, HCI, or a related field1-2 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and processProficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite, or similarExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independentlyExperience with user research methodologies and usability testingBenefitsThrough this role, you will get:A strong base salary, bonus structure + equityTo have your voice & opinion heardProper training to be armed with the right knowledge to find success in our marketTo help drive the future growth of our platform and teamSalary Range: $90,000-$105,000FAQsHow do I get in touch?Please apply & we’ll be in touch! For all positions, we’ll start with an introduction call with our Talent team.From there, the interview process will vary by role. We typically do a longer call with one of our team members who can appropriately vet your skills & "speak your language" - on the engineering side, this might mean some technical questions, while on the sales side, we’ll ask you to build a quick presentation about yourself.Finally, we’ll check over a few references.
