About this position:

As a Senior Data Analyst (Marketing Analytics), you will be responsible for analyzing website data to identify areas of improvement and optimize user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance website performance, increase conversion rates, and support marketing initiatives with actionable insights. Your analytical expertise and strategic thinking will be critical in driving our website's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Performance Analysis:

Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in website performance and user engagement.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to evaluate the effectiveness of website design, content, and features.

Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates and improve user journey efficiency.

Reporting and Insights:

Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate website performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.

Develop actionable recommendations based on data analysis to inform marketing and development strategies.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with marketing, design, product, and development teams to align website improvements with business goals.

Communicate findings and strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

4-6 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or a related role.

Experience working in a Product-led business.

Expertise in data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Looker) and proficiency in data modeling and visualization.

Strong understanding of website performance metrics, conversion optimization, and user experience principles.

Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations and strategic initiatives.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams towards common goals.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $116,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
