The Content Security (CS) team is a part of the Studio Technology organization inside The Walt Disney Studios supporting studio banners in protecting content creation through effective problem-solving, authentic partnerships, and technical expertise. Our team drives towards goals that include:Fostering a culture of content securityEliminating the risk of content leaksTailoring security solutions to meet our partners’ needs.We are looking for a Project Manager to help align the strategy and vision for the Content Security team. You are someone who is bright, detail-oriented, a problem solver, and confident; someone who will continue to drive the organization and initiatives critical to the success of Content Security.RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with various functions in the organization including Business Advisory, Site Security, and Application & Cloud teams to help deliver Content Security services.Drive cross-functional platform assessments, and ensure work is delivered in an organized and timely fashion with quality results and reporting to leadership and external stakeholders.Assist with assessment programs, directing activities including but not limited to penetration testing, vendor security testing, SaaS security testing, cloud infrastructure (AWS), etc.Work with the Sr Manager of Strategy to build a program including consistency of deliverables, anticipated project work, communications, and process for executing security assessments.Drive consensus around proposed approach to solutions designed to eliminate project roadblocks.Understand needs of the full department and perform research on tools that can enhance the Content Security experience including GenAI and machine learning.Manage dashboarding for monitoring and holding functions accountable to OKRs.Coordinate an annual Content Security Summit including logistics and responsible for ensuring a positive and impactful experience for attendees.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain end to end budget tracking, forecasting yearly budget and reporting spend to leadership, coordinate with Finance on budget and actuals.Assist in scheduling and managing logistics for team events and activities.Understand the needs of the organization for contractors and manage POs and invoices across functions.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:3+ years of experience in Program Management within the technology and media sector.Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to shift from project to project without missing a step.Project management of complex initiatives, specifically application and site assessments.Tech-savvy and well-versed in Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Keynote.Excellent verbal and written skills.Ability to work and build relationships with Disney employees at all levels.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.

A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.The hiring range for this position in California is $102,500.00-$137,500.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.#J-18808-Ljbffr
