This role's success will be focused on enhancing strategic capabilities tied to improvements in customer experience and support multiple business units across the ecosystem as a whole. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, data-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated by ensuring our customers are at the center of everything we do at Parachute Home.

This position can be remote.

What you will do:

Help execute the strategy set and initiatives for each platform.

Monitor, track, post, and report feedback for online reviews.

Platforms this person will manage include: NPS, YOTPO, BBB, TrustPilot, Sprout, Gorgias Social.

Track and gather key insights to close feedback loop from all platforms.

Respond to customers in a timely manner for outreach on customer-facing platforms.

Social Services to include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.

Respond to all service requests in a timely manner.

Align with Social Community Manager on campaigns, imagery, and needs to support campaigns and ensure brand consistency.

Work with Social media team to create CX specific content that can help guide our customers with simple FAQ.

Committed to providing outrageous customer-centric service, always personalizing and elevating the experience.

Who you are:

2-3+ years working in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Excellent writing skills.

Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.

Must be highly organized and able to project manage, prioritize, and process a number of tasks concurrently.

Technically savvy, and always willing to adapt, learn, and iterate on what can make us better, faster, and stronger!

Self-motivated, strong work ethic, creative, with a customer-centric personality who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Gorgias or similar Customer Service Platform Experience.

Social Media Experience.
