GE Healthcare is looking for an analytical and process-oriented marketing operations professional to help assess, enable, optimize and measure our B2B Global Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate should also have a blend of analytical skills and process improvement mindset with passion for optimizing operational workflows to enhance the efficiency of marketing activities, ensuring that the marketing efforts are aligned with our company’s objectives and analytical mind to build and report back progress, performance and efficiencies gained.

This role will streamline marketing operational processes, identify gaps, partner with other analytics teams to monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and programs. In this capacity, you will support the Global Marketing Operations Excellence Program, a cornerstone initiative aimed at elevating our marketing activities through strategic process innovation, operational efficiency, and stringent compliance.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analytics Expertise - leverage data to capture and build the metrics and dashboards needed to steer data driving decisions.

Storytelling & Strategy - Synthesize analyses, develop new processes and strategic frameworks, and conduct research to construct compelling, detailed, and actionable recommendations for our stakeholders.

Feedback loops - Own stakeholder feedback loops and reporting to keep a highly matrixed organization informed and aligned.

Process Improvements & Operation Excellence - Identify and address operational problems, inefficiencies, and suggest processes needed and solutions.

Monitoring implementation - Monitor projects’ timelines proactively to assist coordination of activities that help prepare project team to achieve key milestones.

Track progress of ongoing and planned projects and provide frequent updates to team’s leadership to ensure appropriate availability of bandwidth and resources.

Project Management: Develop and maintain operational project plans to ensure alignment of tasks and resources across different projects and timely and accurate deliverables. Contribute to process improvement identification and implementation efforts.

Documentation Ensure proper documentation and updating of business rules, functional, business, and technical requirements by assigned owners across responsible parties.

Governance and Compliance: Manage all marketing compliance activities to ensure ethical operations and adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in analytics, operations, or program management.

Knowledgeable on analytics tools similar to Power BI, Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.

Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Proven ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse, cross-functional global and regional teams and outside vendors.

Great organizational skills including but not limited to managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines, self-motivated, ability to think creatively and strategically and ability to stay calm under pressure or uncertainty.

Expert with MS: Suite including Power Point, Excel and Word.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $97,920.00-$146,880.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
