Job Description

RaySecur is currently seeking a Director/Sr. Director of Marketing to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the CEO/CRO, you will be critical to our lead acquisition str ategy and building brand awareness . Ideally you will leverage digital marketing expertise to support a holistic campaign approach – including trade show support and content creation. The ideal candidate possesses the right blend of grit, skill, and a passion for learning and testing new things.

Responsibilities

Own the Marketing Roadmap:

Own and drive the roadmap of marketing campaigns and activities to drive qualified leads and company revenue targets.

Appropriately resource each marketing campaign and allocate budget to best achieve company revenue targets.

Campaign Execution:

Own and drive execution of the event calendar, including industry tradeshows, virtual events and speaking opportunities.

Collaborate with sales on nurture and re-engagement campaigns.

Work with external resource to optimize and scale performance marketing campaigns on Google and LinkedIn to drive qualified leads

Analyze campaign performance

Content Development:

Own and expand the content calendar to reflect the topics that are most important to our prospects and that most effectively showcase our products and capabilities.

Collaborate with consultants and internal subject matter experts in development of content to generate highly qualified leads.

Test different content topics and formats to understand what performs best for specific audiences.

Analyze content performance to optimize topic selection and content format as the content marketing program evolves.

Campaign Results:

Define reports to illustrate campaign performance and ROI.

Implement best-practice approaches to improve inbound engagement, funnel velocity and conversion rate.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a high growth tech or start-up company environment.

Proven track record of successfully developing and managing multi-faceted demand-generation strategies.

Highly proficiency in using marketing automation platforms (Hubspot preferred)

Strong knowledge of Go to Market strategies.

Strong analytical skills, including SEO and social engagement.

Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Experience working in a fast-paced emerging growth environment a plus.
