Senior Financial Analyst, Customer Fulfilment Finance

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our team at Amazon Czech Republic Services s.r.o. - G88. If you are detail-oriented and want to shape the new standard of shopping, come and join the Customer Fulfillment Finance Team.As part of the Customer Fulfillment Finance team, you will work with numbers and data to generate insights and support the organization by providing a financial perspective. Key responsibilities include leveraging metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities, understanding cost structures, conducting root cause analysis, building relationships with business partners, ensuring data accuracy, and owning financial and operational planning processes.In this role, you will focus on performance metrics at one of the largest Amazon fulfillment centers in the EU, handling reporting, productivity reviews, and travel across Europe to analyze data and provide insights to Senior Leadership.Basic Qualifications:

A degreeRelevant experience in a finance role leading projects or programs and collaborating with stakeholdersExperience with Excel, reporting tools, data mining tools (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau), and financial modelingPreferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Mathematics, or EconomicsExperience troubleshooting and offering solutions for complex challengesExperience in a large team or fast-paced corporate environmentExperience in making strategic business decisions and managing internal relationships
