We are organized into small, focused, fully-resourced, and empowered teams to operate with the speed and focus of a startup, while benefiting from the resources of an established eCommerce leader.We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial product leader to spearhead our Catalog Product Content and Discovery team. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for building a scalable platform to manage descriptive data for Wayfair’s catalog for the purposes of supplier and customer presentation.Reporting to Associate Director, Catalog Foundations, this individual will collaborate with partners across the company to bring global solutions to fruition. The scope is broad with high potential for growth and impact to enable our customers to find and purchase the products they want.What You’ll Do:
Develop the vision and roadmap for Product Content and Discovery, based on your understanding of technology trends, data, customer and supplier needsBenchmark market leaders, best in class technologies, and business stakeholder needs to identify significant improvement opportunities and/or solutionsEvangelize your vision within your team and across WayfairWork shoulder to shoulder with your cross-functional team to deliver the visionFoster a trusting, high-performing, and fun culture with missionary-like focus on customer valueWhat You’ll Need:
