Showroom Design Consultant .About the Role:You will:Provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to our showroom customers.Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction in order to meet or exceed the established sales and gross profit goals.Provide hospitality and warmly welcome each customer.Articulate your showroom value proposition to engage customers.Determine customer needs and direct them to the best products.Leverage Hajoca technology to guide product selections and review specifications.Use sales reports and forecasting tools to meet or exceed established sales targets.Enter sales orders and bids, expedite purchases, and follow up with customers.Process showroom sale returns and refund paperwork in accordance with Company policy.Keep showroom clean, neat, stocked, and safely displayed.Join industry associations and attend professional events to stay informed about design trends.About You:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 2+ years in customer service and sales, plumbing showroom sales preferred.Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends.Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred.Experience using Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word).Our ideal candidate will also:Possess outstanding customer service and communication skills.Demonstrate deep product knowledge and kitchen/bath trends.Be able to overcome objections and provide targeted solutions.Build influential relationships with vendor partners.Inspire teamwork with co-workers.Plan, organize, and multi-task effectively.Learn and operate the computer systems used to process orders.Perform basic mathematics.The benefits of working with us:In addition to a competitive starting wage, we offer a Profit-Sharing Program that provides each team member with an opportunity to earn a direct share of the profits.
